The concierge and security services immediately improved at Lakhouse the moment Gomti Thapa and her team replaced the old crew. There is always a friendly and helpful face at the front desk and the security people are very diligent. You know they are present but they seem almost invisible. Great service comes at a cost, but once you experience it, the alternative is not an option. I think I can safely speak for every Lakhouse owner in saying that we feel lucky to have Gomti and her team taking care of us.
